I've also translated her short story "Puma" for Words Without Borders, for a special HK feature that includes work by Dorothy Tse ("Chewing on Words", trans. by Natascha Bruce) and Xi Xi ("Apple", trans. by Jennifer Feeley, who's also translated a book of Xi Xi's selected poetry, Not Written Words and is at work on Xi Xi's novel Mourning A Breast). One of Hon Lai Chu's Ming Pao essays was published this year on the LARB China Channel website.
